53 year old female who desired a breast reduction to alleviate her chronic back and neck pain. 5’0 142 lbs Superomedial pedicle and Wise pattern breast reduction were performed. Approximately 500 grams of breast tissue were removed on the right and 640 grams on the left to relieve her symptoms and improve her asymmetry.
