This 49 year old woman was diagnosed with right breast cancer and underwent a right nipple sparing mastectomy and two-stage breast reconstruction. She is 4’11” and 85 lbs. A 180cc full profile silicone gel implant was used on the right along with 55cc of fat grafting to the upper pole of the breast. A 140cc moderate profile implant was used on the left to provide symmetry. Photographs are 1 month after surgery and scars will continue to fade.
